This film is utterly incredible. It’s hard to conceive that it’s all CG, and one of the best executed 3d animations I’ve ever seen. The lighting and texturing is brilliant, see for yourself in HD on the Vimeo page. Oh and happy 2010!

MTV Soundsystem
Mathematic’s UFO team made a great new ident for MTV, commissioned by Universal Everything. Besides the CG of course, it’s shot with a Canon 5D in the suburbs of Paris. I think I’ll do some motion tracking myself with my Canon 7D on the next episode of GSG 5 second projects. Stay tuned!
